Rat Neuter Surgeries

North Star Rescue continues to receive an increasing number of rats being surrendered, and we have hit a point where we can no longer accommodate more rats coming in until we can get many of our groups of boys who are not getting along together neutered or get females spayed who come in to the rescue that may be pregnant.

We have an opportunity to have 10 rats neutered through Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter at a cost of $50 each, and need to raise $500 before their surgery date on Thursday, February 16th.
